Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and creative individuals to join our team as Part-Time Events Assistants. You will assist with event planning, coordination and execution while gaining hands-on experience in the events and media industry.
This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people, have an interest in events and are keen to learn new skills. No prior working experience is required, as guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating events and activities.
Support event preparation, including logistics, materials and venue arrangements.
Assist with setting up and packing up event spaces.
Help coordinate event schedules and activities.
Communicate with participants, vendors and relevant parties when required.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with promotional activities and event-related content.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
No prior working experience required. Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply.
Interest in events, marketing, media or coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
Able to work well in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on different tasks.
Comfortable interacting with people and assisting during events.
