Job description

• Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly. 正確且及時處理客戶的訂單
• Good at handling the import/export documentation and relevant shipping arrangements. 處理進出口相關的文件
• Coordinate with warehouse operator and logistic provider to arrange product deliveries. 與倉庫人員協同安排出貨事宜
• Collect forecasts from sales team and generate the short -term supply plan upon inventory status. 收集業務的預估並做出短期計畫
• • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information and sales transaction data. 確保正確的客戶資訊及交易紀錄
• Assist in developing marketing communications, manage digital marketing planform and coordinating marketing events to support sales team 幫助業務對市場的溝通及維護數位平台的運作，同時協調行銷的企劃工作
• Familiar with Wen Chung ERP operations, SAP experience is a plus 熟悉文中ERP系統操作經驗，有SAP經驗者更佳。

Profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, marketing communication or related fields. 大學商業管理，國貿或行銷相關領域畢業。
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or sales administration. 2-5年行政或客服相關經驗。
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的溝通及待人技巧。
• Proficiency in animation tolls like Adobe and Photoshop. 熟悉Adobe，Photoshop 等相關繪圖工具
• Good commend of Taiwanese and Mandarin; working-level English is preferred. 精通國台語，會英文更佳。
