Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

  • Passion for social media platforms, especially TikTok & Instagram

  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage

  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Support daily social media operations, including posting, monitoring, and replying to comments/messages

  • Coordinate with influencers/KOLs for campaigns and collaborations

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities

  • Analyze social media performance and prepare basic reports

  • Support video shooting and simple editing for social media content

  • Assist in live streaming preparation (if applicable)
