We are seeking an experienced Casino Supervisor to work onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will supervise table games operations and help ensure that all gaming activities are conducted accurately, professionally and according to established casino procedures.

This is a shipboard position. Applicants must be prepared to live and work onboard throughout the contract and follow the vessel’s operational schedule.

• Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants only.

• Minimum of 1 year of table games supervisory experience.

• Previous shipboard experience is required.

• Strong dealing background in Blackjack, American Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker and Dice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural shipboard environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Final selection is subject to the cruise line’s assessment and operational requirements.

• Supervise daily table games operations onboard the cruise ship.

• Monitor gaming tables and ensure that all games are conducted accurately and professionally.

• Ensure casino dealers follow established gaming procedures and internal controls.

• Provide operational guidance and support to casino dealers.

• Monitor Blackjack, American Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker and Dice games.

• Handle guest enquiries, concerns and gaming-related disputes professionally.

• Support casino management in maintaining smooth daily operations.

• Identify and report gaming irregularities or operational concerns.

• Assist with the coaching and performance monitoring of casino dealers.

• Maintain an organised, professional and welcoming casino environment.

• Complete operational records and reports as required by casino management.
