Roles & Responsibilities:
Take full accountability for company sales revenue targets, profitability margins, and market share expansion in Singapore.
Lead, recruit, train, and manage the sales force across residential renovation, commercial window film, and channel distribution divisions.
Formulate robust sales strategies, pricing models, commission structures, and quarterly promotional campaigns.
Establish key strategic partnerships with developers, main contractors, architectural firms, and corporate interior designers.
Monitor sales pipelines, review individual KPIs, and conduct continuous sales enablement training.
Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize ROI on digital leads and offline promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction Management, or relevant fields.
5+ years of strategic sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within Singapore’s interior design, building materials, or glass film sectors.
Strong leadership, numerical acumen, and strategic planning capabilities.
Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to direct multicultural teams and engage high-tier enterprise partners.

建立并维护与大型开发商、建筑总包、建筑师事务所及顶级室内设计公司的战略合作关系。
监控销售 Pipeline、考核团队 KPI,持续开展销售技巧及产品知识培训。
与市场部紧密配合,优化线上线下的线索转化率及营销投入产出比(ROI)。
任职要求:
本科及以上学历,工商管理、市场营销、房地产或建筑工程管理相关专业。
5 年以上建材、装修或建筑膜行业销售经验,其中至少 2 年以上团队管理经验。
具备卓越的领导力、商业敏感度及战略规划能力。
语言要求:精通中英双语(具备优秀的商务谈判与公文写作能力),以便管理多元化团队并对接高阶企业合作伙伴。
