Job Summary

The HR officer reports to the HR & Admin Manager to support recruitment and deployment of manpower to client sites, administer salary payments, and manage remuneration benefits in compliance with company policy and employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring
  • Administer onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and manage employment documentation to support workforce compliance
  • Process payroll, administer leave, and manage employee benefits to ensure accurate and timely remuneration
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions to maintain legal workforce status
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in handling employee enquiries and disciplinary matters to support employee relations and compliance

Required competencies and certifications

  1. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements to ensure legal compliance
  2. Proficiency in using Workforce Management App and HR systems for attendance tracking and payroll processing
  3. Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes to support effective hiring
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information securely
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees and facilitate HR processes

Other Information

  • Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
  • This position is open for mid-career individuals (mature, 40 years and above).
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, with good exposure across multiple HR functions.
