Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) from a recognized institution.

Demonstrated understanding of site supervision principles and quality control procedures within an engineering or construction context.

Familiarity with progress monitoring techniques and the importance of accurate documentation for project tracking.

Basic knowledge of subcontractor coordination and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Understanding of technical aspects related to engineering projects and the role of QA/QC in ensuring compliance.

Awareness of health and safety regulations and the importance of monitoring safe work practices on site.

Willingness to learn and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives for junior team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate clear communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Sedili Kechil, Johor, Malaysia, and adapt to project demands.

Proactive attitude with a strong desire to gain practical experience in a dynamic engineering and technical consulting setting.

Assist senior engineers in overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Participate in site inspections and quality control checks, identifying potential issues and documenting findings for corrective actions.

Support the monitoring of project progress, tracking key milestones, and preparing regular progress reports for management review.

Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of their work, addressing any technical queries or coordination challenges.

Provide technical and QA/QC support to the project team, assisting with the review of technical documents and ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.

Contribute to health and safety monitoring on the construction site, identifying hazards and promoting a safe working environment.

Assist in the training and mentoring of junior site staff or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices in engineering and construction.
