We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for an
E-Commerce Intern to join our team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role looks like taking charge of our user-generated content (UGC) across key markets and turning a growing moderation backlog into a well-organised, searchable library of real homes that inspires future customers. You'll make sure every approved post is accurately tagged, rights-cleared, and published, and you'll build sustainable processes that enable the Onsite team to manage UGC efficiently as part of business-as-usual operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review and moderate user-generated content (UGC) across key markets and choose the posts that best show off Castlery and fit our brand guidelines.
- Complete usage rights management and product/SKU tagging to build an organized and searchable content library.
- Support the publishing of approved content and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Work through existing moderation backlogs and help maintain an efficient content workflow.
- Document how it's done and create clear SOPs to support long-term management of UGC by the Onsite team.
What You Need To Succeed
- A sharp eye: You catch the details others miss and stay accurate across high volumes of content.
- Good judgement: You can tell quickly whether a post feels on-brand and whether it should be published.
- A love of order: You're organised and process-minded, and you apply tagging and moderation standards consistently.
- Curiosity about digital: You're interested in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media or content operations.
- Bonus points: You follow furniture, interiors, or lifestyle trends and know a well-styled room when you see one.
