• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues during training sessions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure all educational applications are functioning efficiently.
• Support the setup, installation, and updating of software, hardware, and educational technology tools.
• Collaborate with staffs in conducting sessions and improve digital learning experiences and technology integration.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to software usage, system updates, and technical support activities.
• Participate in testing, researching, and recommending new educational technologies and software solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
