Job Responsibilities

- Replying to inquiries & comments on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & other platforms
- Coordinating appointment bookings with clinic branches
- Working closely with operations team for smooth patient scheduling
- Write captions and assist with social media engagement
- Following up with leads and potential patients professionally
- Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience online
