Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin speaking is an advantage

Friendly and comfortable talking on phone calls

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Web)

Responsible and able to follow calling targets

Students and fresh graduates are welcome

Call and invite targeted visitors to attend the exhibition

Follow up with previous visitors, exhibitors, and database contacts

Explain basic exhibition information, dates, venue, and registration process

Assist visitors with pre-registration guidance

Update visitor status and call remarks in Excel/Google Sheet/CRM

Send WhatsApp or email follow-ups after calls

Help grow visitor attendance for exhibitions and conferences

Assist with database checking and contact verification

Support marketing team with simple administrative tasks related to visitor promotion

Remind registered visitors closer to event dates

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
