Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn and gain practical experience in accounting.

• Internship duration: Minimum 12–16 weeks.

Job description:

• Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.

• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• Perform data entry for accounting transactions into the accounting system.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Assist in checking and reconciling invoices, receipts, and financial records.

• Support bank reconciliation and monthly accounting activities.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

• Assist the Accounts team in preparing reports and other financial documents.

• Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
