• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia 

• Candidate must possess at least SKM/SPM/Certificate/Diploma 

• Possess a valid Malaysia driving license with good driving safety record.

• Prior experience as a school van or bus driver would be highly advantageous.

• A polite and professional disposition

• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

• Good team player and able to adapt to changes.

• Working knowledge of JB and Singapore area

• Working knowledge of Waze/Google maps.

• Ability to resolve basic repair and maintenance problems.

• Physically IT and able to lift heavy items.

• General handyman

• Skills : Valid driver's license, Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Driving Executive Staff & Students

• Transport students from multiple locations to and from school, and for special events such as field trips.

• Communicates with senior staff about changes of the students list

• Assist students with getting on and off the van/bus as needed.

• Discipline student as needed to maintain a safe environment for all passengers.

• Ensure safety of all passengers

• Perform duties pertaining to care and maintenance of the vehicles using the vehicles check list on regular basis, including cleanliness and routine safety inspections to ensure the vehicles are in good working conditions before and after use.

• For instance: ensure vehicle is mechanically sound at all times, inspect the lights, brakes, seats, sufficient fuel, safety belts.

• Obey all traffic laws.

• General driving duties

• Transport staff to various locations

• Despatch documents, mails, food to quarantine centres.

• Attend safety meetings as required.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Support Facility & Maintenance - Non-Driving Related Task

• To provide general support to the Facility Team as directed.

For instance :

• Perform building maintenance tasks

• Replace light bulbs in buildings when necessary

• Perform minor repair jobs

• Upkeep railings and walls painting support

• Arrange classrooms

• Set up functions

• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
