What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• E-Commerce Support: monitor digital trading platforms and live trading engines, support daily operational processes, perform reporting activities, and assist in troubleshooting and system enhancements
• Process Automation: develop and enhance automation solutions using Python, macros, and other digital tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Data Analytics: prepare, analyse, and validate datasets to generate business insights and support decision-making across Digital Markets initiatives
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisation tools using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
• Data Management: support database automation, data structuring, and data quality initiatives to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities
• Artificial Intelligence Initiatives: assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to streamline processes and improve business outcomes
• Digital Assets Research: conduct market research and analysis on developments within the digital assets ecosystem, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Project Coordination: support project implementation activities, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communications for digital products and new platform initiatives
• Event & Engagement Support: assist in coordinating internal and external events, workshops, and activities related to digital assets and innovation initiatives
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives and business transformation projects as assigned

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python
• Interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools would be advantageous

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
