Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong emphasis on gravure cylinder production.

Proven expertise in gravure cylinder production processes, including cylinder preparation, engraving, and finishing.

Demonstrated ability in production planning and scheduling to meet output targets and deadlines efficiently.

Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining relevant production machinery.

A track record of implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.

Strong understanding of quality control principles within a manufacturing setting.

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a production team.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and management.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite role at our Petaling Jaya, Selangor facility.

Oversee and manage all daily production operations for gravure cylinder manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Develop and implement comprehensive production plans, optimizing resource allocation, material flow, and machine utilization to meet output targets.

Supervise and guide the production team, fostering a collaborative environment and providing technical expertise on machine operation and gravure processes.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the overall quality of gravure cylinders.

Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the production facility, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
