• A recognised Degree / Diploma in Finance, Statistic, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or any other equivalent qualification.

• A team player, with good communication and pleasant attitude.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA and Words.

• Possess strong analytical skill and able to meet deadlines set.

• Related working experience will be added advantage

Job responsibilities ( Balance Sheet Risk Management Team) :

• Review customer files to identify gaps in Source of Wealth documentation.

• Assess and update SoW narratives to ensure they are complete, plausible, and aligned with internal policy and regulatory standards.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer / Customer Due Diligence) information.

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, KYC Ops) to obtain missing information or clarifications.

• Maintain accurate records of remediation actions and ensure proper audit trails.

• Escalate complex or unclear cases to senior team members for further review.

• Support progress tracking and reporting of remediation activities.

Job Details :

• Working days: Monday – Friday

• Working hours: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM

• Working Location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT Bandaraya)

• Salary : RM2,800 - RM3,000
