Energetic and motivated professionals are invited to join the team of a deluxe 688-room hotel / serviced apartment complex in Ting Kau. The property is one of the subsidiaries of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. We are now inviting high caliber candidates to fill the following position.

職責:
處理日常客房維修及保養工作

修理及維護所有機電設備及酒店設施

分配並指導技術員的日常維修工作,確保工程進度與施工品質

監督外判商之維修及保養工作

與其它部門溝通協調以進行各項維修工程

入職要求:
中三以上學歷程度 / 或完成有關工科課程 / 或完成有關學徒訓練

持有電業工程人員牌照”A”

具有8年以上水電維修工作經驗 (懂冷氣分體機維修者優先考慮)

工作經驗較少者將會被安排申請科文或助理科文

需要時會安排輪班工作
