Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure jobs are completed according to the production schedule.
• Support the production team in tracking job progress and on-time delivery.
• Assist in monitoring production efficiency, material usage and cost control.
• Help monitor the quality of fabricated parts and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining good housekeeping, cleanliness and organization on the production floor.
• Support the preparation of monthly production performance reports, updating daily job status, production schedules and other operational records.
• Identify and report production issues or opportunities for process improvement to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with different departments.
• Willing to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing and production environment.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
