About the role

We’re looking for freelance trainers and facilitators to deliver programmes for corporate teams and students in Ministry of Education (MOE) schools.

If you enjoy working with people, communicating ideas, and helping groups learn through participation, we’d like to hear from you. No prior training or facilitation experience is required, although relevant experience is preferred.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate workshops, group activities, camps, and learning experiences using programme materials and agreed learning outcomes.
• Manage group dynamics, session timing, and participant safety.
• Work with the LyfeGo team on preparation and post-session feedback.

What we’re looking for

• MOE Instructor Registration System (IRS) registration is required for school assignments. If you are not registered yet, you can apply now and begin the registration process (6-8 weeks for approval).
• Standard First Aid or CPR + AED certification is preferred.
• Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, coaching, or working with young people is preferred, but not required.
• Availability for in-person assignments in Singapore. Employment pass must be valid for foreigners. NO employment pass sponsorship will be given.

The engagement

This is a freelance, project-based role. Assignments will be matched to your suitability, availability, and programme requirements. A minimum volume of work is not guaranteed. Fees, preparation requirements, and delivery scope will be agreed before each engagement.
