We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, providing suitable product recommendations, and managing enquiries from initial consultation through to purchase.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and learning about products, with an interest in developing their customer service and sales skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability and orders
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records into our system
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales processes
• Assist with basic Canva designs and customer materials when required
• Perform other duties related to customer service and sales as assigned

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
