Coordinate with the internal team on candidate updates, interviews, and next steps
Refer qualified candidates who meet the requirements of available positions
Stay focused on achieving successful placements and maximising your earning potential
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
CEI Certified
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and networking
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Good candidate sourcing and networking skills
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on successful placements
Other Information
Fully commission-based freelance role
No BD required — focus purely on sourcing and recruitment
Flexible working hours — work according to your own schedule
Commission paid upon successful placement
