Job Description

Requirements

  • Work Location: Parkson Waterfront Penang

  • Education Level: SPM, Diploma or above

  • Year of Experience: min. 1 year in retail industry

  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Availability: Work on weekends and public holiday

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.

  • Execute and support the store’s daily operations efficiently.

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner.

  • Handle sales transactions accurately and promptly.

  • Provide good customer service consistently.

  • Uphold store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
