Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly social media performance reports for clients across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Update the media buy tracker for all client accounts

Content & Publishing

  • Monitor scheduled posts to make sure they go live as planned, and flag any issues to the account team
  • Keep the team’s posting calendar up to date
  • Review client email newsletter (EDM) designs against approved content

Community Management

  • Monitor and manage messages and comments across client accounts in Meta Business Suite

Team & Studio Support

  • Prepare the weekly work-in-progress update ahead of team meetings
  • Support studio operations, including leave tracking and recruitment
  • Help out with other projects as they come up

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
