Job Description

Responsibilities

The role includes:

  • Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, such as mailers, etc
  • Sorting and organizing data
  • Updating, keeping and maintaining records
  • Supporting the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks whenever required
  • and General admin support

The person should be:

- Organised

- Detail-oriented

- and comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint

- Basic Canva, Instagram, Facebook

Work Location: Short walking distance from Aljunied MRT Station.
