Job Description

AaryOM is looking for a confident, energetic and engaging Part-Time Online Sales Live Host to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for hosting live-selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok, introducing our products, interacting with viewers and assisting in generating online sales.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable in front of the camera and has an interest in social media, e-commerce and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive online live-selling sessions
• Introduce, demonstrate and explain AaryOM products during live sessions
• Clearly communicate product features, pricing and ongoing promotions
• Engage with viewers and answer product-related questions
• Encourage viewer participation and assist in converting enquiries into sales
• Familiarise yourself with products before each live session
• Work with the marketing and sales team on live campaigns and promotions
• Maintain a friendly, professional and positive brand image
• Assist with short promotional videos and social media content when required
• Follow the company's live-streaming guidelines and sales procedures

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic and able to engage naturally with viewers
• Interest in online sales, social media and e-commerce
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in live hosting, retail, customer service or sales is an advantage but not compulsory
• Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms is an advantage
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Training will be provided

Working Arrangement

Part-Time / Flexible Shifts

Live sessions will be scheduled according to the company's sales and content schedule. Candidates should have some flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends when required.

Pay: RM8.00 - RM15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
