Previous bakery/F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory

Willing to learn and follow recipes/instructions

Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good personal hygiene and cleanliness

Responsible, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Food Handling Certificate is an advantage

Assist with baking and food preparation

Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes

Assist in preparing cakes, cookies, pastries and other baked products

Operate basic kitchen/baking equipment such as oven and mixer

Assist with food preparation, portioning and packing

Keep the kitchen, baking area and equipment clean and organised

Wash and clean utensils and equipment after use

Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices

Check and maintain ingredients and kitchen supplies

Assist the team with other kitchen tasks when required
