Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
Inspect work quality and ensure it meets required standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment usage
Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Building / Construction
At least 3–5 years of relevant construction site experience
Possess relevant certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety Course, CSOC)
Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle site coordination
Familiar with local authority requirements (e.g., MOM, BCA)
