Chargeman Certificate (AO or equivalent) or Wireman (PW4 or equivalent)

Hands-on experience or knowledge of solar panel installation procedures and best practices

Proficient in electrical wiring and basic electrical troubleshooting

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics

Willing to work on-site at various locations across Malaysia and adapt to varying weather conditions, including working under hot sun and at height

Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different project sites within Malaysia may be required

Conduct routine inspections and performance testing of solar cell modules and arrays

Perform electrical wiring and interconnection of solar panels, inverters and other system components

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and mechanical issues within solar PV systems

Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures

Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on system upgrades, retrofits and expansions

Ensure installations are completed according to project specifications and timelines
