WE’RE HIRING – BILLING CLERK PRODUCTION INTERN

Location: Puchong (Taman Mas)

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in the Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) industry!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Check and verify billing information and related documents.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding billing and payment.
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide good customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
• Basic understanding of accounting and billing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transportation.
