Job Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and enter orders into the system.
• Prepare and issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related shipping documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor order progress and provide production and delivery updates to customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, product specifications, and inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and correspondence.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, order confirmations, and other customer-related documentation.
• Ensure all customer requirements and delivery commitments are fulfilled according to company standards.
• Follow up on outstanding deliveries, pending orders, and customer requests.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer service activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding artwork approvals, product changes, and order amendments.
• Assist in inventory coordination to ensure materials and finished goods are available for customer delivery.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
