We are seeking an experienced clinic manager with a nursing background to coordinate patient care and manage the daily operations of a specialist healthcare practice.

Responsibilities

* Respond to patient enquiries and coordinate appointments.

* Conduct initial patient intake and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate doctor.

* Arrange blood tests, imaging, specialist consultations and follow-up appointments.

* Track results and referrals to ensure patients receive timely follow-up.

* Manage clinic schedules, patient records, documentation and day-to-day workflows.

* Communicate professionally with patients, doctors and external providers.

* Help maintain a smooth, organised and welcoming patient experience.

Requirements

* Nursing qualification and relevant clinical experience.

* Experience in clinic operations, care coordination or patient navigation.

* Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.

* Ability to recognise when a patient needs prompt clinical review.

* Comfortable using electronic records and scheduling systems.

* Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency preferred. Mandarin is an advantage.
