ES International Event Management Hiring! Full Time Marketing Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a creative and responsible Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and promotional activities of our exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin and XiaoHongShu.
• Create simple social media posts, banners and promotional materials using Canva.
• Assist in preparing and scheduling social media content.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities for exhibitions and events.
• Assist with basic content writing, captions and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with exhibitors, partners, associations and suppliers when required.
• Assist with email marketing and visitor promotion.
• Organise marketing photos, videos, artwork and promotional materials.
• Provide on-site support during exhibitions and events.
• Perform general marketing and administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Creative, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support exhibitions and events when required.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software.
• Basic video editing or content creation skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or XiaoHongShu.
• Interest in digital marketing, exhibitions and event management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
