Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a safety role.

In-depth knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.

Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard control techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.

Proficiency in relevant safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.

Provide safety training and education to employees at all levels.

Manage and maintain safety records, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection findings.

Liaise with external regulatory bodies and authorities on safety matters.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
