High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a store or warehouse environment.

Basic understanding of inventory management principles.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock.

Proficiency in using basic computer systems for inventory tracking.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

1. To implement all inventory and stock keeping procedures.

2. To perform put away, picking and packing activities on a daily basis.

3. To ensure accuracy in all physical distribution of FG inventory by assigned categories.

4. To perform periodic inventory counts as per assigned schedules with proper records.

5. To notify Supply Chain group upon parts received from Surface Treatment via Whatapp and then distribute parts to the relevant department. 

6. To perform parts login and logout to the Store in PACPortal on a timely basis.

7. To deliver parts for OQA inspection as and when ISN is readily generated.

8. To assist in parts preparation for delivery to customers or to OQA on a daily basis. 

9. To compile JO for filling purpose.

10. To compile the incomplete JO report and submit to the superior for next course of action. 

11. To receive FG into the store from the correct receiving stations with accurate & timely update in the PACPortal.

12. To work with store colleagues for proper coordination of daily assignment.

13. To coordinate and communicate with relevant department to follow up on job assignment.

14. To perform filing of documents in an orderly manner and retrievable as and when required.

15. To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
