Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with good results in SPM Mathematics or equivalent performance in current studies.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Basic organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Support the HR team in maintaining accurate records for compensation & benefits, including updates on staff policies.

Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed, and support documentation updates when required.

Work closely with HR team members and provide basic support to line managers when needed.

Assist in monitoring foreign workers’ documentation such as permits and visas, ensuring records are up to date.

Support HR team in checking claims submitted by outsourced agents (e.g., overtime claims) for basic accuracy.

Assist in the recruitment process in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring proper documentation and filing.

Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or HR team.
