Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms
• Assist in creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms
• Create simple graphics, videos and promotional materials using Canva/CapCut
• Respond to customer/client enquiries through social media, WhatsApp and other channels
• Assist in handling customer feedback and follow-ups professionally
• Support marketing activities, campaigns and company events
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
• Familiar with social media platforms and current trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate professionally with clients

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
