Job Responsibilities
Process card applications accurately and efficiently
Ensure all applications are processed with 100% accuracy
Complete all assigned applications within the allocated shift
Escalate any irregularities or issues in applications to the Team Leader promptly
Provide clear and accurate explanations for rejected applications when required
Comply with all SOPs, guidelines, directives, and official written instructions
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively
Able to multitask, manage workload efficiently, and maintain confidentiality
Able to learn and adapt quickly to new software and technology platforms
