Responsibilities
Airstar Bank Limited, a jointly established entity between Xiaomi Corporation and AMTD Group, is a virtual bank licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Job Responsibilities
As part of the first line of defense control function of IT Department and support IT management to manage Technology and IT Operational Risks.
Assists to manage change and incident management records, and keep track on follow up actions.
Assists to prepare regular reports to Risk Management Department and Internal Audit Department.
Assists to prepare meeting material and minutes.
Assists to perform annual tasks on IT process controls, including disaster recovery drill, user access review, third party performance review, etc.
Coordinate for independent reviews and examinations.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments designated by direct reporting line Manager.
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s/master’s program in Information Technology or a related field.
Open personality with effective communication skills. Strong in written English and speaking Mandarin.
Basic Word and Excel skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
