What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Sales experience is required.

• Candidates with experience in custom cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, interior renovation, furniture, building materials or related industries will have an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Sales-driven with good follow-up and closing ability.

• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements and budget.

• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups at the same time.

• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.

• Basic understanding of renovation or site processes is an advantage.

• Candidates with strong sales experience but without an Interior Design background are welcome to apply.

We are looking for a sales-oriented person, not necessarily an Interior Designer.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience or experience in the cabinetry / renovation industry, knows how to communicate with customers, follow up consistently and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Our internal Interior Designer and Site Supervisor teamswill support the design development and site execution, allowing the Sales team to focus primarily oncustomers, sales and closing deals.
