Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field.

No working experience required; training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and customer service skills.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Malaysian students only.

Assist in daily banquet operations, including weddings, seminars, meetings and corporate events.

Prepare event setups, including tables, chairs, buffet stations and dining arrangements.

Assist in food and beverage service during events.

Ensure banquet halls, equipment and service areas are clean and properly arranged.

Assist with event preparation, setup, service and dismantling.

Replenish buffet food, beverages and service items when required.

Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.

Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Handle banquet equipment carefully and report any damages or issues.

Perform other duties assigned by the Banquet Supervisor or Manager.
