About The Job

As a Planning and Customer Service Senior Executive, you will manage production scheduling, inventory balance, and regional order fulfillment to support continuous operations.

• Prepare daily production schedules and monitor equipment utilization to meet client demand forecasts.
• Oversee finished goods inventory levels to balance stock availability and prevent excess holding.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics units to resolve operational supply delays.
• Maintain direct communication with external accounts regarding order status, delivery timelines, and shipment tracking.
• Verify shipping documentation and monitor trade compliance procedures for international material dispatches.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Applied experience in production planning, inventory control, and customer account coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, capacity planning, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency in numerical spreadsheets and experience using ERP systems and exposed to MITI.
• Capability to manage trade compliance documentation and customs shipment protocols.
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Maandarin speaker will be a plus !
