We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our academic team as a Lecturer in Business Administration & Management.

Requirements

• Possess a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Fresh PhD graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong passion for teaching, research, and academic development.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Able to engage effectively with students and work collaboratively in an academic environment.
• Research publications, teaching experience, or relevant industry exposure will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities in Business Administration, Management, and related areas.
• Develop teaching materials, assessments, and course documentation.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Participate in curriculum development and programme improvement.
• Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities.
• Participate in departmental, faculty, and institutional activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
