Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in operating and handling Waterjet cutting machines is required.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of factory workers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of production practices, quality control and safety standards.

Ability to monitor production output and ensure work is completed according to production schedules.

Lead, supervise and motivate a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing training.

Monitor daily production output and quality control performance, and assist in all aspects of the production floor.

Supervise and monitor Waterjet cutting machine operations to ensure proper machine handling, cutting accuracy, product quality and production efficiency.

Ensure Waterjet machine operators follow the correct operating procedures and safety requirements.

Monitor machine performance and report any machine faults or technical issues to the Maintenance Department.

Lead by example, set clear expectations for workers and monitor delegated activities.

Prepare daily production output reports, workers' attendance records and other relevant production reports.

Work with the Production Manager to develop and implement production schedules, ensuring products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.

Cooperate with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards, and work together to resolve quality issues.

Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, equipment downtime and employee performance. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Production Manager.

Follow up on the maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinating with the Maintenance

Department to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Ensure production processes comply with ISO 9001 standards and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
