About us

VroomTown is Singapore’s drive-play city at Marina Square. This end-of-year holidays we’re running the first Kids Grand Prix — a 3-day holiday racing camp for children aged 4–12. Kids suit up in racing gear, train with specialised VroomTown instructors, qualify, and race a Grand Prix final for medals, trophies and their own racing licence.

Camp dates

Each camp is 3 consecutive days:

• 24–26 November 2026
• 1–3 December 2026
• 8–10 December 2026
• 15–17 December 2026
• 22–24 December 2026
• 29–31 December 2026

Children are on the floor 9:00am – 6:00pm. Your shift is 8:30am – 6:30pm for setup before open and handover after close.

The role:

• Camp Leaders look after the children throughout the day. You are not the driving instructor. Your job is care, safety, energy and making sure every child is supported from drop-off to pick-up.
• We run groups of about 5 kids per Camp Leader (up to 60 kids per camp), with VroomTown instructors on the circuit.

Responsibilities

• Care for your assigned group of children for the full day
• Handle morning check-in and evening pick-up with parents / guardians
• Keep children safe, hydrated and accounted for during activities, meals, transitions and free play
• Help children kit up in suits and gear, and move between stations on time
• Support instructors on the circuit (lining up, cheering, settling nerves) without taking over coaching
• Assist with lunch, snacks, rewards moments, podium and prize flow
• Notice tired, upset or left-out children early and escalate to the floor lead when needed
• Keep the floor tidy and follow VroomTown safety briefings and house rules

Who we’re looking for:

• Comfortable caring for young children aged 4–12
• Able to commit to most of the November–December camp dates
• Patient, warm and clear with kids; confident with parents at drop-off and pick-up
• Energetic and reliable on long days on your feet
• A team player who follows briefings and takes safety seriously
• Prior childcare, teaching, CCA, sports camp or enrichment experience preferred
• Basic first-aid awareness is a plus (briefing / training will be provided)
