What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, source, negotiate with and manage KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content review, timelines and approvals.
- Build and maintain influencer relationships and databases.
- Track and optimize campaign and affiliate performance based on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions and revenue.
- Coordinate product seeding and ensure campaigns comply with brand and advertising guidelines.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.
What We’re Looking For
- Min 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of trends & platform dynamics.
- Good communication skills, able to manage creators & partners.
- Creative thinker with a sense of what content performs.
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
