Make an Impact

As Manager, Rewards & Well Being, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering competitive, equitable and sustainable Rewards & Well Being programmes across Singtel Singapore and overseas entities.

You will independently manage key reward portfolios and annual processes, providing specialist advice and data-driven recommendations to People & Culture, Business and Finance stakeholders. Working within Group Rewards frameworks and with oversight from the Director, Rewards & Well Being, you will balance market competitiveness, internal equity, affordability and employee experience to develop practical reward solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end annual reward processes, including salary review, performance bonus and promotions, covering planning, guidelines, modelling, governance, stakeholder alignment and management reporting.
• Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis including salary ranges, market positioning, compa-ratios and internal relativities, translating market data into clear recommendations.
• Conduct job evaluation and job sizing for new and changed roles, assessing scope, complexity, accountability and organisational impact while ensuring consistency with approved methodology and internal relativities.
• Lead and contribute to reviews of salary structures, reward frameworks and targeted reward solutions, developing options and business cases that balance competitiveness, equity, affordability and implementation considerations.
• Manage benefits and well-being programmes, using claims, utilisation, employee feedback and market insights to assess programme effectiveness, cost and employee experience.
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers and well-being providers, including service performance, cost management, issue resolution and programme improvements.
• Develop advanced analytics, scenario modelling and management insights, identifying trends, risks and workforce implications and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner People & Culture, Business Leaders, Finance and Group Rewards on reward budgets, forecasts, policies and implementation, influencing decisions through sound judgement and evidence-based advice.
• Strengthen reward governance and controls, and lead simplification, standardisation, automation and digitalisation of reward processes and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related discipline; professional Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards certification and IHRP certification would be advantageous.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, with substantial Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience and demonstrated ownership of complex reward processes or projects.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, market benchmarking and annual reward cycles.
• Quantitative capability, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and development of business cases and management recommendations.
• Sound judgement in reward governance, risk management and handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge proposals and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; exposure to workforce analytics, automation and emerging AI/digital HR practices would be advantageous.
