Job Description

Donna is looking for a responsible and reliable Part-Time Driver to support our daily operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, stock, documents and other operational items between our Central Kitchen, outlets, HQ and other assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods, stock, documents and other operational items between company locations.
• Perform deliveries and collections from Central Kitchen, Donna Alor Setar, Donna Jitra, HQ, suppliers and other assigned locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Check the quantity and condition of goods before delivery.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of food products to maintain product quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the company vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after each assigned trip.
• Ensure delivery documents and goods are properly handed over to the receiving party.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle defects or operational concerns to the Supervisor.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving licence suitable for the assigned company vehicle.
• Have a good driving record and safe driving practices.
• Familiar with roads and routes around Alor Setar, Jitra and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, punctual, honest and reliable.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physically fit to assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Previous experience as a driver or delivery personnel is an advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Part-time / On-call basis.
• Working schedule depends on operational requirements and assigned deliveries.
• Must be available for agreed assignments.
• Company vehicle will be provided.

Compensation

Salary / Hourly Rate: To be discussed.

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour
