• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Design and develop marketing materials and promotional content.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with online communities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
• Collect customer feedback and assist in improving customer experience initiatives.
• Support branding and marketing activities as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
