Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented intern to support our B2B team in growing and managing our dealer network. You will be the day-to-day point of contact between iMotorbike and our dealers: finding and approaching new dealers, keeping existing relationships warm, and working closely with them so that both their stock and ours stay healthy. This is a “farmer” role, not a one-off hunter role. Success means dealers who keep coming back, keep listing, and keep trusting us.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Outreach: Identify and contact potential dealers through calls, messages, and visits, introduce iMotorbike’s offering, and follow up until they are onboarded or ruled out.
• Relationship Maintenance: Check in with active dealers regularly, understand their needs and concerns, and escalate issues to the B2B and Pricing team promptly.
• Stock Coordination: Work with dealers day to day to keep track of their available motorcycles and ours, flag shortages, slow movers, and gaps, and support smooth stock flow on both sides.
• Dealer Records & Tracking: Keep dealer contact details, interaction logs, pipeline status, and stock updates accurate in our tracking tools (Lark Base, Sheets).
• Cross-Team Communication: Liaise with Pricing, Inspection, and Operations to relay dealer feedback and resolve stock or pricing queries.
• Reporting: Prepare short weekly summaries of outreach activity, dealer status, and stock observations for the Lead.
• Bidding Support: Assist the B2B and Pricing team with the bidding process, including informing dealers of available bids, collecting and following up on their bids, keeping bid records accurate, and relaying outcomes back to dealers.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist the B2B and Pricing team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months
• Confident communicator, comfortable calling and meeting dealers
• Organised and follow-through oriented, able to track many dealer conversations and pending items at once
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
• Comfortable learning new tools such as Lark and Google Workspace
