GL Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our Accounts and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and general administrative duties.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts and payment documents.
• Update payment records and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.
• Organise, scan and file accounting and office documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Careful, organised and accurate in data entry.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Previous accounting or administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
